The men’s teams went undefeated for the second game week in a row
Chesterfield's four men's sides had a clean sweep of victories on Saturday for the second game week in a row to continue the good form shown throughout the club.

Whilst the women's teams had the hockey equivalent of a traffic light of results, with a win for the 1s, a draw for the 2s and a loss for the 3s.
The Men's 1s made it 4 wins out of 4 in October with Saturday's win, 3-1, against Lindum 2s. Goals coming from Levie and Mycroft (2). Under returning coach, Christian Battye, the team have made a great start to the season and currently sit top of their league.

Gareth Hunter's 2s are also in a rich vein of form, winning their last five games. On Saturday they beat Rotherham 2s by 2-1. Goals scored by Taylor and Cowley.
The 3s were in cup action against Louth 2s. The long away trip was worth it for Paul Ryan's team as they won 4-1, with Spyra, Colton (2), and Bamford all on the scoresheet.
The 4s were also winning in the cup, winning 7-1 against Sheffield 7s. Captain John Cusack and Veteran Perry Rugby both grabbing a brace.
The women's 1st team had an emphatic 6-2 victory over Lindum 2s, with the game effectively wrapped up by half time where they led 5-1. The goals were scored by Fisher, Kenney (3), Gregory and Witts.

The women's 2s had a sense of deja vu as they played Doncaster 3s for the second time in two weeks, this time in the cup rather than the league. They managed the same result, a draw, but this time it was 3-3. Goals were scored by Taylor, Anderson and Young.
Last up Emma Mycrofts 3s narrowly lost out to Sheffield 5s by 3-2. It was a family affair as mother and daughter, Sally and Jasmine, both scored for Chesterfield.
