Two people have been charged after allegedly breaching Covid-19 regulations by attending a ‘gathering’ in Derbyshire.

Officers attended a house in Bradwell on Saturday, February 27, and issued eight fixed penalty notices to those inside who they believed were from different households.

Gary, 63, and Nikki Hall, 58, of Netherside, Bradwell, were later charged with obstructing a constable in the execution of their duty and participating in a gathering of two or more people in a private dwelling.
