Alfie Beestin is an '˜exceptionally talented' youngster with '˜so much ability' but has found it difficult to make a position his own in the Doncaster Rovers side.

Beestin has moved to Chesterfield on loan, a situation Rovers boss Grant McCann believes will help the League One club make up their mind on the 21-year-old.
