FT: Chesterfield 2 v 1 Grimsby Town

The Spireites end pre-season with a win, Liam Mandeville with both goals.

Clarke plays in Tyson, the ball is a little behind him but he gets it under control and shoots from the edge of the box and the Grimsby keeper parries it.

Six minutes to go.

More subs - 74 mins

Nathan Tyson replaces Liam Mandeville, who has been excellent. And Danny Rowe comes off for Jim Kellermann.

Lets fly from the edge of the box on his right foot but it goes narrowly over.

73 gone, Chesterfield still lead 2-1.

Is wearing number 26 and has come on at right centre-back.

Triple Spireites sub - 68 mins

Miller, King and Kerr have been replaced by Whittle, Carline and a trialist.

Just as I say that, Loach tips over another long-range strike from Sousa after Chesterfield gave away possession cheaply.

From the resulting corner, Waterfall swivels and shoots towards goal but Loach parries it away.

Town still lead 2-1, the match has gone a little quiet, as have both sets of fans.
