A tribute to our amazing NHS has appeared in a hedge in Chesterfield.

The hedge has been trimmed to say ‘NHS’ with a rainbow over the Highfield View Road sign.

The picture was posted on Facebook by Danny Banner who described the person behind the tribute as a ‘legend’.
