Derbyshire patients’ stories are published
Derbyshire County Council’s adult community education service has been working with patients and staff at Newholme Hospital, in Bakewell, on a reminiscence project.
Elderly patients with mental health problems and dementia have had their stories published in an anthology called ‘Dales Tales’ funded by an Arts Council grant. Royalties from the book will go to Friends of Newholme Hospital.
