The force said they are concerned for her welfare and want to speak to her and the man she was with, after she was spotted with blood on her face in Kenning Street, Clay Cross yesterday (Sunday, July 11).
A member of the public called police at 9.25pm to report seeing a woman with blood on her face arguing with a white man who had black hair and a beard.
He wore a black and white coat.
