Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit tweeted about the incident on Sunday, May 1.

Officers stopped the motorist after receiving a call from a concerned driver who witnessed the Insignia nearly crashing on the M1.

The unit said: “Intercepted and driver claims his bad driving was due to the fact he was 'video calling' (which is illegal anyway). But he's also twice the drink drive limit. Already disqualified too. Arrested.”
