9. World's fastest sled.
The Centre for Sports and Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University developed the world’s fasted gravity powered sled. This very sled was used by English motorcycle racer Guy Martin to break the world speed record for gravity powered sleds. Photo: Museums Sheffield.
10. Artificial hip joint.
