HT: Woking 1 v 3 Chesterfield

All three goals from Gunning, Dinanga and Carline have come from Whelan corners.

Penalty got the hosts back in it.

Mad half.

CARLINE!!!

A THIRD goal from a corner. Whelan delivery again, it is flicked on and Carline tucks it away at the far post.

Goals galore.

Cooper’s free-kick from the edge of the box is on target but Motngomery parries it away.

Very hectic half this.

Dinanga almost makes it 1-3 after neat link-up play with Rowley. He has to score but he fires wide.

Goal reaction from fan writer Ben

Well, I had said the Spireites looked in complete control, but perhaps not anymore, as Woking have one back from the penalty spot. That has to be frustrating if you’re James Rowe. Your side, in desperate need of a victory, are 2-0 up and cruising, but suddenly they’ve gifted the opposition a potential path back into the game by giving away a soft penalty. James Montgomery got something on it, but it wasn’t enough to keep the ball out. Chesterfield’s lead is halved then, and let’s hope that’s as far as a potential Woking comeback is allowed to progress.

Big chance for Woking

It should be 2-2. Napa fires wide for Woking with just Montgomery to beat.

Town looking shaky now. They need to get a grip of the game again.

33 gone, 1-2.

Goal for Woking: 1-2

Cooper from the penalty spot after Maguire was adjudged to have pushed a Woking player in the back.

Montgomery got a touch to it but Cooper scores.

The hosts are back in it.

DINANGA!!!!

A second goal for Town and another one from a corner. Whelan swings it in, Ross fumbles it and Dinanga bundles it in. for his first goal for Chesterfield.

0-2.

Early sub for Town - 17 mins

Early change for Chesterfield here as Kerr hobbles off injured after an earlier challenge. McCourt is on in his place.

Looks like Carline has gone centre-back and McCourt is playing right-back.

20 gone, 0-1.
