Former Spireite Neil Warnock is 50/1 to become the new England manager.

The man who led Rotherham United to a remarkable Championship survival last season is currently looking for another challenge, perhaps his last in management.

Warnock, 67, began his life in football as a youngster with Chesterfield.

He’s managed the likes of Sheffield United, Leeds United, Crystal Palace, twice, and Queens Park Rangers.

Another former Chesterfield player the bookies are offering odds on is Sean Dyche, the current Burnley manager.

Dyche is 25/1 in some places.

Last season he led the Clarets to the Championship title.
