Nicolle Watson is a goalkeeper who has had many years of experience with Derby County.

Over the past couple of years we have struggled to find an experienced keeper so when Watson entered the squad she automatically strengthened us.

“Nicolle has brought stability to an area which was weak last season,” says first team manager Steve Barber.

“This has improved us greatly, leading to a much calmer and stronger defence. She is an exceptional keeper which is a great benefit to the team.”

Ellie Brightmore is a striker who has previous experience with Sheffield FC.

She has been excellent in training, her finishing prowess will cause trouble for the opposition.

Steph O’Brien is a central midfielder who has played for Sunderland.

Her experience and communication have been key to the team’s last few games.

Her skill level is exceptional, and she has scored incredible goals in her first two games.

O’Brien’s talent is exciting for the club as her ability on the field is being passed onto the U12’s team who she coaches.

These players are exciting to watch and have added to the team’s energy. They have fitted perfectly and we can’t wait to see what the season holds.

Welcome to the club!
