The Spireites have a bloated squad of more than 30 players and it has been well documented that the club has been working on outgoings for a number of weeks after making 12 new signings under manager James Rowe.
However, that process has been made more difficult following the suspension of the season in the National League North and National League South.

Kyle Letheren, Tyler Denton, Alex Kiwomya and Jordan Cropper have all departed in recent weeks, while Luke Rawson, Jamie Sharman and Jack McKay have been loaned out.
Letheren has since joined Morecambe, while Denton and Kiwomya have both signed for King’s Lynn Town and Cropper returned to his parent club Burnley.
The futures of David Buchanan, Jonathan Smith and Scott Boden all appear to be in doubt after not being involved for a while.

When asked about the latest on outgoings, boss Rowe said: “I am sure there will be an announcement shortly, maybe in the next week or so, probably from the board that will explain what the plans have been and what has actually gone on in the process. I think there will be news on that in the coming days."
