Butterfield, 22, who was signed by previous manager John Pemberton in the summer from Kidderminster Harriers, has joined Guiseley.
Rawson, 19, who stepped up to the first-team this season and scored two goals off the bench against Woking, has gone to Alfreton.
Kiwomya, 24, was another player signed by Pemberton on a short-term deal. He made five appearances and scored one goal.
The departues come after boss James Rowe has made five new signings.
Rowe said that his assistant, George Foster, was ‘influential’ in helping to choose the right clubs for Rawson and Butterfield.
On Rawson and Butterfield, Rowe said: “They need games over this Christmas period.
“They (Alfreton and Guiseley) have both got six games over the Christmas period to play over four weeks – that is important.
“Both Guiseley and Alfreton play a way that will both help them come back and if they are selected in our squad or starting 11 then they can make a real impact. It is a fair chance for them when they come into the team that they are fit enough because you can train as much as you want but nothing equates to match fitness so it is good for them.
“They are both young players as well and they need game time and they are both fairly local teams so I can get out and watch them.
“We are happy with the terms, they go for a month and we get to monitor them.”
