The 21-year-old was set to be out for around five weeks from the end of January.
Town manager, James Rowe, explained: “He was involved in the session yesterday (Thursday), just lightly, he has started running but not at full pace yet but certainly up to about three-quarters. He is on track with the proposed time schedule, so not far away at all.”

Sharman had been due to stay on loan at Blyth Spartans until the end of the season and Rawson had been loaned out to Bradford Park Avenue.
“Jamie has come back from Blyth and Luke has come back into the fold so they are training with the group as well,” Rowe said. “They are signed with us so they come into my reckoning for selection.”
Meanwhile, Rowe is hoping to arrange some behind closed doors friendlies to keep players not involved in the first-team sharp.

We have got to see what happens over the next two weeks with these upcoming games. Certainly we will be looking to play some local games behind closed doors so that they are ready as they can be because they are going to be called upon.”
