Two-car collision in Derbyshire after driver swerved into path of oncoming vehicle
Two cars crashed in Derbyshire yesterday – with one losing a wheel in the collision – after one of the drivers swerved into the other.

At around 7.30pm on Friday, April 22, the Bakewell Safer Neighbourhood Team reported that they were attending a two-vehicle collision near Baslow.
Officers reported that one of the cars had swerved into the path of the other while it was travelling on the opposite side of the road. Both vehicles were damaged in the crash, with the front wheel snapping off one of the cars.
None of the occupants of either vehicle sustained serious injuries during the collision.
