A freelance photographer has captured a ‘two-headed pigeon’ tucking into its lunch in a Derbyshire park

The mind-bending image was taken by Mark Chesney while he and his partner were feeding the ducks at Buxton’s Pavilion Gardens.

Mark said: “I had a photographer’s idea to place food higher and see who finds it. Well I was snapping away and I later found this image and was like wow it's a two-headed pigeon but it’s just an optical illusion.”
