Graham Fillery, of Elm Tree Close, Palterton, was found dead in woodland at Losk Lane, Glapwell, on July 7.

The chartered accountant’s inquest took place at Chesterfield Coroner’s Court on Wednesday.

Assistant coroner Emma Serrano concluded Mr Fillery, 56, died by suicide.
