Chesterfield alderman and former Mayor Stephen Brunt will be the official starter at Brampton Manor and run the last three miles.
John Cannon, of Cannon Events Running Club, will complete the second half of the marathon to help the ladies home to be greeted by the Mayor of Chesterfield, Councillor Glenys Falconer.
The Mayors will be following in the footsteps of Samuel Edward Short, a former Mayor (1908-9) and owner of Brampton Manor who regularly opened up the venue for charitable events and social gatherings, and Councillor Alexis Diouf who reopened the restored historic Manor House during his term as Mayor in 2014.
There will be a reception party at Brampton Manor with live music and a fundraising raffle from 2.30pm and everyone is welcome to celebrate the special achievements of Katie and Jackie.

As a special celebration of the 40th anniversary of the first Chesterfield Marathon, Mr Cannon has arranged for a special presentation to take place.
His former coach, the Montreal Olympian Keith Angus, will present medals to some of the original participants of the first marathon 40 years ago as they never received one to mark their historic achievement.
