Chesterfield Citizens Advice helps many thousands of people every year.

Linda Moore, of Chesterfield Citizens Advice, said: “I’m stepping down in November 2022 after 12 years on the board, mostly as chair.

“It’s been a challenging, interesting and diverse role.

“I’ve met many local forward-thinking people and the team of volunteers and staff are truly amazing and dedicated.

“Chesterfield is certainly lucky to have such a wonderful, free, impartial service in the centre of the town and throughout the borough in GP surgeries and community centres.

More information about the role.

“Hopefully someone as passionate as I am about supporting the needs of fellow citizens will come forward to take up the reins.”

Those interested in the role should email [email protected] for an application pack.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on October 22.
