Sean Sisson, aged 33, of no fixed address, was found guilty of three counts of theft and sentenced to 16 weeks in prison after being arrested on Monday

Police said a previous 12-week suspended sentence has also been activated on top of Sisson’s latest conviction, resulting in a 28-week sentence.

The thefts took place at Newbold Co-op on December 14 and 15, as well as at Boots in Chesterfield on December 28.
