On Sunday, June 5, the North East Derbyshire Response Unit received reports that residents were concerned about a number of armed males in North Wingfield.
Officers attended and stopped the men, finding two weapons – a large serrated machete and a baseball bat.
Both weapons were recovered by the unit and removed from the streets.
