Scott Irons, 43, of North Road, Clowne, Chesterfield: Guilty of assaulting a police officer, dangerous driving, two counts of harassment and failing to surrender to bail. Jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, made to pay £450 compensation, £128 victim surcharge and £200 court costs.

Bradley Beavers, 18, Kedleston Court, Staveley: Guilty of failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. Eighteen-month suspension period of 16-week jail term extended to 21 months. Made to pay £60 court costs.

Andrew Marshall, 46, of Rouse Street, Pilsley, Chesterfield: Guilty of failing to provide information identifying the driver of a vehicle said to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £180, made to pay £34 victim surcharge, driving record endorsed with six points.

Jodie Collins, 31, of Foston Drive, Holme Hall, Chesterfield: Guilty of driving at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour - namely 39 miles per hour.

Ryan Spencer, 46, of Hawksley Avenue, Chesterfield: Guilty of assault, causing harassment, alarm and distress to members of public while under a criminal behaviour order and committing a further offence while under a suspended sentence order. Jailed for 20 weeks and made to pay £100 compensation.

Ashley Kenneth, 34, of Lowes Hill, Ripley: Guilty of driving without a licence and uninsured and failing to provide a specimen of blood. Jailed for 26 weeks, made to pay £200 court costs and £134 victim surcharge.

Linda Johnson, 62, of Alfreton Road, South Normanton, Alfreton: Guilty of two counts of assault by beating, two counts of assaulting a paramedic, using threatening behaviour and making an offensive phone call. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with 20 rehabilitation activity days and two-year criminal behaviour order. Made to pay £300 compensation.

Stefan Smith, 37, of Birchwood Road, Alfreton: Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Made to pay £175 court costs. Handed 31-day building better relationships programme and five rehabilitation activity days.

Jimmy Higginson, 37, of Queensway, Stonebroom, Alfreton: Guilty of failing to comply with a community order. Jailed for 10 weeks.

Jack Marina, 21, of Birchwood Crescent, Somercotes, Alfreton: Guilty of driving without a licence and uninsured. Fined £250, made to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Stephen Frost, 44, of Quarry Road, Somercotes, Alfreton: Guilty of failing to provide information identifying the driver of a vehicle said to have been guilty of an offence. Case adjourned.

Jason Smith, 49, of Ormond Street, Langley Mill: Guilty of driving above the alcohol limit. Fined £180, made to pay £128 victim surcharge and £310 court costs. Banned from driving for 22 months.

George Bramley, 28, of Hampton Court, Heanor: Guilty of failing to comply with a community order. Case adjourned.
