Drunk Chesterfield motorist three times over legal limit caught driving on wrong side of road

Officers caught a drunk motorist who was three times over the legal alcohol limit, driving on the wrong side of the road in Chesterfield last night (April 22).

Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit stopped a woman driving an Audi in Hasland yesterday after she was seen driving on the wrong side of the road.

The driver clipped the kerb before stopping on a zebra crossing and then tested three times over the legal alcohol limit.

Police said she would be charged this morning (April 23).
