The order, which started at 10.45am today (Wednesday, April 28) and lasts until 10.45am tomorrow (Thursday, April 29), excludes Chesterfield but includes all the towns and villages in the Bolsover and North East districts.

Officers outlined the areas subject to the restrictions, in a map posted on social media.

Police imposed the measures – which allows them to disperse anyone under the age of 16 who does not leave the area when asked – after they received a number of reports about anti-social behaviour.

A separate dispersion order is in place in the centre of Shirebrook until 5pm tomorrow, following concerns about groups of potential troublemakers gathering.

This gives police the power to break up groups and order them to not return to the area for the next 24 hours.

Anyone who fails to comply which the orders from officers could face arrest.
