Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service has joined Fire Stoppers a new scheme from independent charity Crimestoppers that allows people to anonymously report information about deliberate fire setting.
The scheme aims to make it easier for residents to relay information about arson attacks as Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service warned that dealing with small deliberate fires stretch their already ‘limited’ resources.

CrimeStoppers remove all details which could be used to identify the person who has contacted them before passing information to the police.
