9. Kelvin Fletcher - Peak District
How better to prove you love the Peak District than to settle down there? This was exactly what Kelvin Fletcher, former Emmerdale and Strictly Come Dancing star, did back in 2021 - when he purchased a 120-acre farm at Wincle (in the far west of the Peak District). A pair of programmers, Fletcher’s Family Farm and Kelvin's Big Farming Adventure, have covered the family’s move to the Peak District - and Kelvin is also an ambassador for the Peak District National Park Foundation. 10. The Hairy Bikers - Eyam and Heage
In 2021, Dave Myers and Si King, featured North Derbyshire in an episode of their ‘Hairy Bikers Go North’ series, highlighting some of the region's culinary gems. 11. Edinson Cavani - Bakewell
Edinson Cavani will be well-known by football fans - appearing for the likes of Manchester United, PSG, Napoli and Valencia across the course of his illustrious career.
