The trendy Chesterfield areas where house prices will go up in 2021 according to estate agents
Like every town, Chesterfield has its property hotspots where homes are more sought-after.

But some areas are likelier to attract bigger price rises than others in 2021, as their streets become increasingly attractive and demand pushes up the value of houses.
We spoke to Pinewood Properties – who won gold at the British Property Awards 2019 for the Best Estate Agent in Chesterfield – to find out which areas buyers are likely to focus on in the months to come.

"Having a very nice village community with good primary and secondary schools, this area does attract people, particularly young working families. With great commuter links and only a very short walk or drive to the town centre it is ideal for the working family. There is mixture of housing, there are tree lined streets as well as new builds and bungalows, this feeds the varying desires of house buyers," said the spokeswoman. Historically a village, with many residents continuing to refer to it as a village, it expanded greatly during the 20th century and now merges with Chesterfield itself.
