"Things are changing. Town centre living had to make way for commercial premises over the years, but we are now seeing a shift. This could be for many reasons but the demand for residential living in the town centre has grown rapidly over the last few years and that is set to continue," said the spokeswoman. "Whether it is the conversion of older commercial buildings to residential or new developments they are all selling. There is also a huge amount of money being poured into the town centre from the Northern Gateway and the Waterside to name just two. The next year will seeing a lot of changes and residential property will be at the front of a lot of it." Photo: Brian Eyre
