6. The Market

7. The Angel Hotel
One of the oldest inns in Chesterfield, the Angel is seen here in 1902. The hotel closed in 1915 and destroyed by fire in 1917 before the ruins were demolished in 1926 to make way for the old Post Office (now Sorbo Lounge bar) and Westminster Bank. Photo: Chesterfield Photographic Society
8. Commercial Hotel
