Coronavirus: More patients die at Chesterfield Royal Hospital

Three more patients with Covid-19 have died at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, the NHS has confirmed.

The total death toll at the hospital now stands at 88.

The Office for National Statistics has also revealed how many people have died with Covid-19 in care homes between April 10 and May 1. The death toll is 98 for Derbyshire county and 32 for Derby city.

There are currently 1,852 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Derbyshire – 1,344 in Derbyshire county and 508 in Derby city.
