Aivilo clothing, pronounced ‘aye-vee-lo’, is Olivia spelt backwards – and means strength, will and purity, and is the brainchild of Mansfield man Arran Stirland, a 28-year-old support worker, as a tribute to his 6-year-old daughter Olivia.

Charles and his reality TV girlfriend Lauren Goodger were quick to show their support for the brand, modelling the clothing for the Aivilo’s upcoming website which launches later this month.

Geordie Shore star Marty McKenna is also showcasing Aivilo on his instagram page.

Arran decided during the first lockdown that there was more to life than his 9-5 job and wanted to make a change, and have a legacy he could pass down to his daughter so, using his previous experience running the website for a streetwear brand, he decided to branch out into his own clothing range.

Arran said: “Lockdown really put things into perspective for me – I realised I wanted more out of life, and wanted something I could pass down to Olivia.

"I’ve always been into fashion, and I wanted to create a range that worked on combining a good fit with style, as quite often you get one or the other.

“Our clothing is smart athletic wear, is really good quality and a mid-range price point so should hopefully do well.”

Arran currently works supporting vulnerable adults, but will be leaving his day job once the brand launches on January 27.

Aivilo have opted for a broad sizing range with women’s ranging from size 4 up to size 20, and men’s from XS to XXXL and they hope to branch out into children’s clothing in the near future.

Arran is also hoping that, once the pandemic is over, the brand will be stocked in high street clothing stores around the country and hopes one day to have a shop of his own in his home town of Mansfield.
