Derbyshire vet practice is cream of the crop after winning prestigious award
Organised by British Dairying magazine, the prestigious Cream Awards are a celebration of the British dairy industry
A DERBYSHIRE veterinary practice is celebrating being crowned Dairy Vet Practice of the Year.

LLM Farm Vets, which has sites in Bakewell and Needwood, won the title at the 2026 Cream Awards, and team members attended a glittering ceremony in Warwickshire to collect the coveted trophy.
Organised by British Dairying magazine, the prestigious Cream Awards are a celebration of the British dairy industry, and the awards night shines the spotlight on the top-performing individuals and teams in the sector.

LLM Farm Vets’ Derbyshire was praised by the judges for being “a true leader in proactive, partnership-led dairy care”, and highlighted its impressive growth, outstanding use of data analytics and commitment to vet student training as setting it apart from other vet practices.
Clinical director of LLM Farm Vets Derbyshire, Andrew Henderson, said the team is hugely proud to have won the Dairy Vet Practice of the Year title.
Andrew said: “Our practice is only eight years old, and to win this award is an amazing achievement for our team and it means the world to myself and my colleagues. It’s hugely rewarding to have been recognised in this way, and to be acknowledged for our commitment to helping our clients build healthier, more productive and sustainable herds through specialised veterinary care and data driven herd planning.
“I want to say a huge thank you to our brilliant team for the dedication they show day in and day out to local farmers, and to our lovely clients who have backed us and welcomed us onto their farms since the very beginning.”
