New Derbyshire date for 10cc tour

Legendary chart-toppers 10cc have rescheduled their autumn tour amid the uncertainty of when venues will open for live concerts.

The band, whose hits include I’m Not In Love, Rubber Bullets and Dreadlock Holiday, will play in 2021 at Sheffield City Hall on April 14 and Buxton Opera House on April 20. Fans are urged to keep hold of tickets for the original dates of October 21 (Buxton) and November 2 (Sheffield).

Graham Gouldman, co-founder of 10cc, said: “Although extremely disappointed to have had to move our autumn tour, we are delighted that we’ve been able to relocate it all to next April and May,“These certainly are challenging times for all of us, so keep safe, hang onto your tickets and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.”The group have achieved 11 top ten hits and sold more than 15 million albums in the UK since forming in 1972.

Tickets to see 10cc are now on sale on Sheffield City Hall’s website, priced from £40.75 and on Buxton Opera House’s website, priced from £39.
