Antipodean Duoto play concertin town's church

Irish guitarist Manus Noble and Australian cellist Jehanne Bastoni perform together as Duo Antipodes during Buxton Festival.

Music by De Falla, Manus and Piazzolla will be aired in the eclectic concert which takes place in St John’s Church on July 14.

Manus Noble gave his debut performance at the Cadogan Hall, London. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Music with Distinction, Noble has launched his career in the UK with great success, giving recitals and masterclasses at festivals such as West Dean, Cheltenham Guitar Festival, Bath International Guitar Festival, Beechwood Guitar Course and London International Guitar Festival.

His recent performances include solo recitals at Kings Place (London), Sage Gateshead (Newcastle) and Bridgewater Hall (Manchester).

Jehanne Bastoni has performedsolo, chamber and orchestral concerts in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Italy, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. She has participated in festivals such as the Cambridge International String Academy, and the International Menuhin Academy Summer School, Switzerland.
