A good performance from Town today and they should have come away with all three points.

Four talking points from today
The big talking points from Chesterfield's draw against play-off rival Wrexham
Chesterfield slipped out of the play-offs for the first time in a month despite an encouraging draw at Wrexham on Saturday.
Rowe reaction
WREXHAM REACTION: 'All that matters is where we are at end of season', says Rowe after draw
Boss James Rowe said it was a ‘positive’ day for Chesterfield after collecting a point against play-off rivals Wrexham.
Final thoughts from fan writer Ben
I wouldn’t say that result is a particular injustice to either side, but I do think James Rowe’s men may be understandably frustrated that they weren’t able to a find a winner. They certainly had the better chances in the second half, and substitute Nathan Tyson could have had at least two goals in the latter stages. However, despite the potential frustration, I think it’s important to look at the positives from that performance. To be frustrated to have not beaten a side of Wrexham’s quality, particularly after a run of relatively poor performances, indicates that The Spireites are starting to move back in the right direction. Town also offered significantly more attacking threat today too, likely aided by the addition of Danny Rowe to their front line, and whilst they weren’t able to translate that into goals today, you have to feel it’ll come sooner rather than later if they put in similar performances on a regular basis. Overall, I said pre-match that today was a must-not-lose, and Chesterfield haven’t lost, so that has to be seen as a decent result in my opinion. Add to that an improved performance and whilst there is a slight sense of frustration at not securing three points, I think most Town fans will come away from that with a renewed sense of optimism going into the business end of the season. Of course, the wins will need to come soon, that’s four without a win for The Spireites now, but a solid display like that leaves you feeling it’ll be more a case of when, rather than if, they’ll turn it around and return to winning ways.
It finishes goalless
FT: Wrexham 0 v 0 Chesterfield
A much-improved performance by the Spireites and they really deserved all three points.
Reaction to follow.
Big chance!
Whelan breaks down the left and feeds Rowe whose pass is perfect for Tyson, he connects with it well but it is straight at Lainton. That was the moment.
