Sharman and Rawson both came through the academy system while Hutchinson joined the club last summer.

John Pemberton said: “They fit the criteria of what we’re looking for and all deserve their chance. They will be part of the first-team squad.

“I think it’s important to sign young players who’ve been in our system. Home-grown players have been important to me wherever I’ve been.

“Jamie has done well in the games he’s appeared in while Luke has scored goals out on loan and Regan has looked good in training and did well when he came on against Harrogate.”

Centre-back Sharman made two starts towards the end of the last campaign against Eastleigh and Dover Athletic and has worked with Pemberton previously at Kidderminster Harriers.

Midfielder Hutchinson made two appearances off the bench against Harrogate Town and Dover before the campaign was curtailed, while striker Rawson was loaned out to Matlock Town, Brighouse Town and Handsworth last season.

Pemberton now has a squad of 19 players as the Spireites players start pre-season training this week.

On the return to training, captain Will Evans, said: "It's great to be back. I'm just eager to get going and hopefully we can be at the right end of the table.”
