"They do not understand sometimes how important they are to us.
"They have been unbelievable in the eight weeks I have been here and the lift that they have given the players.

Hide Ad"It is their team and I want them to be proud of their team and I want the players to want to play in front of them and when you get that it is quite powerful. But I know to do that we have got to give them something to shout about and then they will get behind us so it starts with us.”
He added: "I am hoping that they are enjoying their Saturdays a little bit more than they were, I certainly am at this moment in time.”
At his pre-match press conference on Monday Pemberton said the Spireites have no new fresh injury concerns going into tonight’s clash against second-placed Harrogate.
He said: "Everyone is fine. We are training well, in good spirits. Hopefully we can carry on doing what we have been doing and keep climbing."
