The 19-year-old, who has been out on loan this season, has not been offered a new contract.
He posted on Twitter: “It has been a good 3 years at @ChesterfieldFC but unfortunately my time has come to an end, thank you for the memories.”
He joined the Spireites’ youth team after a successful trial and made his full senior debut as a substitute against Boreham Wood in September 2018.
A month later the forward signed his first professional contract on a two-and-a-half year deal.
This season Amantchi has been out on loan at National League North Blyth Spartans - scoring two goals in 16 appearances - and then later joined Staveley Miners Welfare.
He joins fellow youngster Charlie Wakefield in leaving the club.
