Here are Liam Norcliffe’s player ratings from the game...
9. Tyler Denton 8
The Blues' best performer. Came into the starting line-up and claimed two assists. The first was a clever pass which found Smith in space on the right side of the penalty area. The second was a cross which his namesake headed in to put Town 2-1 up. He linked up well with Buchanan down the left. Encouraging. Photo: Rachel Atkins
10. Tom Denton 6
Scored his seventh goal of the season in nine league games with a header from Tyler Denton's cross from the left. He got across his man well and headed the ball down and past Slocombe. Before that, he had a good chance but instead of shooting he surprisingly chose to square it. As always, he headed away a number of dangerous set-pieces. But Dungworth said he lost his man one for one of the goals. Photo: Rachel Atkins
11. Scott Boden 5
Not his best game but in fairness had no service all afternoon. He was feeding off scraps for the full 90 minutes. No chances of note. Should he have been replaced late on to kill some time and see the game out? You would have to say so. Photo: Rachel Atkins
