Notts County, who ended the season with four wins out of their last five, will be aiming to return to the Football League at the first time of asking and the bookies fancy Neal Ardley’s men to battle it out with Harrogate in the final at Wembley on August 2.

First up in the eliminators this Friday (July 17) is Boreham Wood v FC Halifax Town (7pm). Just two points separated these two sides so a tight encounter is expected with the winner travelling to Harrogate on July 25 (2.30pm KO).

Yeovil Town take on Barnet in the other eliminator the following day at 3pm. The Glovers finished third on 60 points and are the favourites for this one. Barnet jumped from 11th to seventh on points per game so you would imagine they will have an extra spring in their step at Huish Park. The winner of this clash will face an away trip to County on July 25 (5pm).
