Here are our player ratings from the game...
5. Branden Horton 8
Carried on where he left off in midweek with another good performance. He did the ugly work like blocking crosses and making interceptions, and he was a threat going forward, putting in a couple of teasing crosses, as well as having one dangerous shot blocked. Photo: Tina Jenner
6. Mike Jones 8
Nine wins out of nine when Jones starts this season. He broke up play, fizzed passes about and battled hard. You know the rest. Photo: Pete Norton
7. Tom Naylor 8
Another one who went about his business with no fuss but was very productive. He dictated play from the off and forced Ashmore into a save from distance. He never looked panicked and put in a smooth showing. What a player. Photo: Tina Jenner
8. Liam Mandeville 9
My man of the match. Scored the opener with a header from Colclough's cross. Had an early shout for a penalty, which he felt should have been given, but he did win a spot-kick later in the half after being tripped in the box. In the second half, some of his passes were sublime as he cut Boreham open. Finished the game at right-back to cap a superb performance. Photo: Tina Jenner
