Hide AdCaldwell and company secretary Ashley Carson will head up the interviewing process.
The lack of scouting network at the club surprised Caldwell when he arrived in January and he made club owner Dave Allen aware of his feelings on the matter.
He’s keen to get someone appointed sooner rather than later.

“People have contacted myself and the club, I’ve used my contacts in the game to speak to different people.
“We’ll interview people and see who fits the profile we’re looking for and who will bring the best to the club in terms of the recruitment department we’re trying to set up.”
He’s not surprised the role has attracted interest.

“This is a big opportunity for someone to come to a club that’s trying to rebuild, trying to build something for the long term.
“For me, whoever comesin, it’s a great role for them.”
