Photos show Chesterfield fans having fun in the sun at Accrington Stanley

After a disappointing defeat to Oldham Athletic last time out, Chesterfield needed a positive response and they got one with an important victory which keeps them in touch with the play-offs.

Will Dickson’s second-half goal won it for the Blues, who relied on goalkeeper Ryan Boot to make some key saves in his first league start of the season. Dickson tapped home from a couple of yards out after smart work by Sam Curtis and Tom Naylor in the build-up.

Town fans were on two stands at the Wham Stadium in what was another strong away following and they returned back to Derbyshire happy after a second successive win on the road.
