That’s after the Glovers outscored Leatherhead 5-2 in last night’s fourth qualifying round replay at Huish Park.
They will come to the SMH Group Stadium on the weekend of November 7.
“It will be a tough game,” said Spireites assistant manager Danny Webb, who had a very short spell as Yeovil manager last year
“They are in the play-off positions in the National League and Billy (Rowley), the manager there, is doing a really good job.
“They will come here as underdogs and rightly so and will want to cause an upset.
“Before the tie we have two league fixtures so we want to go into it with six points and arrest the run we are on of getting a point, a win and a defeat here and there.”
Chesterfield and Yeovil have played in the FA Cup twice before.
Chesterfield came out on top 3-1 in a third round tie at Saltergate back in 1950 and the two were drawn against each again in December 1977, Yeovil winning 1-0 in Somerset in a second round tie.
The most recent meeting was a 1-1 draw at the SMH in the National League three years ago.
