We are at the Technique Stadium this evening where the club’s latest accounts, which show a loss of £2.3m, will be discussed.
There is set to be a resolution tonight where shareholders will vote on a ‘shares proposal’ which would mean the Kirk brothers would have more control, expected to be 25%, of the club.
We are due to get underway at 7.30pm so stay tuned.
