Chestefield appoint former Leyton Orient manager as new first-team coach

Former Leyton Orient manager Danny Webb has been appointed as Chesterfield’s new first-team coach.

The 37-year-old was at Orient for a short spell in 2017.

He is the son former Chelsea player David, who scored the winner in the 1970 FA Cup final against Leeds United.

Manager James Rowe said: “I am pleased to add Danny to our backroom staff.

“I will be working closely with him to ensure the playing squad continues to develop towards a successful team that the town can be proud of.”
