Away specialists Alfreton Town visit Gainsborough Trinity
The Reds travel to the Northolme searching for a first league win in six outings and manager Nicky Law will be without leading scorer Sam Jones who sits the fixture out as game number two of a three-match suspension.
Law is also without injured duo Cliff Moyo and Brad McGowan but should have latest signing Jamie McDonagh available. The Sheffield United striker missed Easter Saturday’s 1-1 home draw with Gloucester City due to his partner recently giving birth.

Gainsborough drew 0-0 at Stalybridge Celtic on Saturday and go into Monday’s game in thirteenth place in the table, two places and three points behind Alfreton having played the same amount of games.
On home soil so far this season, Trinity have won eight, drawn two and lost six of their sixteen games. Their most recent home outing was on March 12th when they beat play-off chasing Nuneaton Town 1-0. However, that is only their second win in the last seven games at the Northolme, the other also by the same scoreline against Brackley Town.
The first game of the season between the sides was way back on August Bank Holiday Monday when the Reds won 1-0 at the Impact Arena thanks to Tom Allan’s 81st minute header which went in-off a post in front of 576 to give Alfreton their first victory of the season at the seventh attempt.
