Alfreton crash out of FA Trophy at Nuneaton

Alfreton Town this afternoon crashed out of the FA Trophy with a 2-0 defeat at Conference North leaders Nuneaton Town.
In a game of few chances a silly challenge from Todd Jordan and a goalkeeping error proved costly.
On 58 minutes Jordan was adjudged to have tripped Rob Duffy in the area, who got up to dispatch the penalty and give the home side the lead.

But near the end a howler from keeper Matt Duke saw him come out to collect the ball, but make a mess of it and Chettle sealed it.
