In December 2007, South African Trevor Immelman underwent emergency surgery for the removal of a tumor on his abdomen. When he arrived at Augusta four months later, he was ranked 1,673 in the world. 7. Goran Ivanisevic wins Wimbledon - 250/1

8. Emma Raducanu wins US Open 2021 - 499/1
